SHIPPING POLICY – 2025 UPDATE

Order Processing
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times & Delays
Please note that shipping times may vary, especially during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), due to increased demand on postal services globally. We always aim to dispatch your parcel within 1–2 business days, but the delivery timeline from Australia Post to your door is outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international) from your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at our contact page with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

Domestic & International Shipping
We ship from Sydney, Australia, to both domestic and international customers, including the UK and US.

  • Australia: Orders are delivered via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days from dispatch.

  • United Kingdom / United States: Delivery times vary by location. You are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or customs fees charged by your country. We do not cover or reimburse these costs.

  • Other Countries: We may ship to additional countries on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out prior to ordering if you have concerns about shipping to your location.

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Once we have fulfilled and lodged your order with Australia Post, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. While we will assist where possible, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. This includes street number, apartment/unit number (if applicable), suburb, postcode, and any relevant delivery instructions. We cannot edit addresses once the order is placed. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-shipping fee or choose not to re-send the item, especially in the case of limited stock. Refunds will not be issued for shipping errors caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Order Edits and Combinations
To keep fulfilment fast and efficient, we do not combine orders or allow edits once your order is placed. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.

Limited Drops & Preorders
Some items may be sold as limited releases or preorders. These may carry different fulfilment or shipping timeframes, which will be clearly communicated on the relevant product page. These items are not eligible for cancellation or changes once your order is confirmed.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to customs delays, postal strikes, severe weather, or other natural disruptions.


RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to return any product purchased from www.thefinalthird.football within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, with original labels and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
